As a Senior Corporate professional, Business Advisor, Mentor and Academic faculty, Ulhas Joshi has over forty-five years of multi-industry, multi-functional leadership experience.

His rich corporate experience includes tenures in both MNCs and Global Indian companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, CPC International, Piramal Enterprises, Unichem Labs, Micro Labs and others.

After a successful career in both MNCs and Indian companies, he founded Stratex Enterprises (www.stratexindia.com), providing consultancy services for Business Strategy & Execution.

Ulhas has nurtured and grown brands, domestic and international, launched new businesses, revived disbanded businesses, and helped to transform B2B & B2C organizations, through focus on crafting strategy and ensuring its execution.

He has helped transform organizations by:
